Today In Black History: Feb. 21 – Malcolm X February 21, 2009

1965 – Malcolm X was assassinated at Harlem’s Audubon Ballroom, 11 months after his split from Elijah Muhammad’s Nation of Islam.  Three black men were later convicted of the crime and sentenced to life imprisonment.
